I finally finished my new jewelry holder and I don't have to keep my necklaces and bracelets in a drawer!
It is made with an antique distressed wood and brightly colored dresser drawer knobs. Perfect to use as a jewelry holder, coat holder, or anything you want! My mom uses hers to hold her aprons in the kitchen! These will be for sale very soon!

After graduating from the University of Tennessee and completing my job search by finally landing a job with the American Heart Association I have finally found time to update my blog and make this beautiful statement necklace! I just love the color and the different shapes and sizes of the beads. I was inspired from one that I saw online and have been searching for the perfect beads for the past month. This is what I came up with...

I'm so excited because I just ordered some green turquoise freeform slab stones to make a necklace just like this one from Anthropologie.. but cheaper!

The stones should come in this week and then the I will start beading! Keep following me to see what the finished product looks like. I also just finished a few bracelets that I will post soon!

So I spent about an hour taking photos today of my jewelry, I'm sure the kid I was babysitting thought I was a crazy woman! You can now see a lot of my new jewelry I've made. The Aqua Bracelet is my favorite and I will be making one in coral soon! I got the beads in a cute little bead shop in Washington, D.C. and now wish that I had bought more. I guess I'll just have to go back!
I found these earrings on Pinterest and they have given me inspiration to use bright colors!
